Germany Proposes Additional €100 Million for Ukraine’s Critical Infrastructure

On 5 November, Germany proposed an additional €100 million (approximately US$113 million) for repairs and resilience measures across Ukraine’s water, energy and transport infrastructure, including decentralised power generation and storage. The amount is proposed funding and remains subject to the relevant approval process. It creates potential opportunities for infrastructure contractors, energy-storage providers and water-system suppliers; HPC can support feasibility research, project monitoring and infrastructure investment assessments.
